How should I submit my print file?

Modified on Wed, Nov 27, 2019 at 11:48 AM

In order to ensure your passes print correctly, the artwork provided to us should be sized exactly to the dimensions of our different pass templates, which can be downloaded HERE, and  include bleed.

  • Once your art file is created using our templates, please ensure to remove the template layer from your artwork to avoid it printing on the final pass.

Our passes are all printed in CMYK mode at 300 DPI resolution using the .pdf format.

Please do NOT include color bars, trim marks, crop marks or extra white space on submitted files.

If you are providing Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop documents with linked content through email correspondence, please either embed the content prior to sending, or also be sure to provide any linked files in your correspondence.

When uploading artwork into our online uploader, please ensure that any PDF files are rasterized as flattened PDF files to avoid any potential color conversions or printing anomalies from layered content.
