We can offer production as fast as 24 hour rush, with Overnight shipping.
That would require one full business day for production, and one business day for shipping, totalling two business days before you should have your product in hand.
In order for an order to ship out next day, the order must be finalized* by 2:00pm Central, any given business day (Monday-Friday). Orders finalized before 2:00pm Central on a Friday would ship out the following Monday, assuming it is not a holiday.
*Finalized orders require the following two things:
- Final proof approval of the artwork
- Payment receipt of the order.
The latest in a week an order can be finalized/submitted and arrive before a weekend would be Wednesday afternoon, by 2:00pm Central. This would allow shipment to occur on Thursday, and Overnight delivery for Friday morning.
If either proof approval or payment is received after 2:00pm Central any given business day, the production of the product would not begin until the following business day, resulting in delays. Please ensure your order is both approved and paid before the cutoff to maintain your production schedule.
Please note the following when planning for last minute orders:
- In choosing to submit a last minute order, you assume the risk your passes may not arrive in time for your event. RockStar Passes will fulfill the expedited production timeline as requested, but cannot guarantee delivery as a result of delays that may occur with FedEx or UPS.
- Should your order be delayed, RockStar Passes will not refund the cost of the custom production of your pass order, but will credit the unfulfilled level of service provided by UPS or FedEx.
- It is incumbent on you to submit your order with sufficient buffer time to ensure it arrives for your intended event.
- If you are submitting a variable data order with name submissions, we suggest implementing a hard cutoff for registrants and allocating blank, extra passes to those who would register later to ensure those who submitted early will have the passes they need in time for your event.
