Reorders for any standard pass orders will need to be placed online, through your account.


First, please make sure you have logged into your account.


If you have not created an account with us, doing so will allow you to view your order history to review order details, adjust your billing and shipping addresses, and reorder your passes. If you have an account from our previous website and have not yet set your password, you'll need to do that here.


(Please note: orders from our previous website were not transferred to our new website. We have those records archived and can retrieve them for you, but they will not appear in your new order history.)


Once you've logged into your account, you'll see a screen that looks like the below screenshot. If you have order history, it will display here.


You'll need to follow the steps here below, which will allow you to adjust the quantity and order details from your previous order, and move it straight into production.



STEP 1: Click on, "MY ORDERS" to view all order history.


STEP 2: DOWNLOAD ARTWORK



STEP 3: UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK AND ADJUST QUANTITY


Verify the pass type and size/dimensions previously ordered. Then, click, "Product and Pricing" and select the pass style you had ordered previously.




STEP 4: SELECT NEW DETAILS FOR YOUR ORDER AND UPLOAD




Once you've uploaded your artwork, you'll be taken to the shopping cart, where you can enter your billing and shipping address, and input the credit card of your choice to move the order forward to production.
